Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
